How do I purchase tickets?Please visit harambee.org/programs for a list of show times. Simply select the show date and time, choose your seating, and proceed with payment. We accept all major credit cards for online purchases. Tickets for the evening show are available below. For tickets to the matinee show, click here.
Are there discounts for groups, students, or seniors?No, we don't currently offer discounts for students or seniors. However, we are offering a $5 off discount per ticket until Dec 2 at 11:59 PM PST. Simply use the code "NORTHSTAR" at checkout to receive your discount. Groups purchasing 8 or more tickets can contact our Program Coordinator, [email protected].
What should I do if I need more than 8 tickets?For group bookings of more than 8 tickets, please email [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you with your order and ensure your group is seated together.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to ensure the correct date and time.

What is Bethlehem: An Original Hip Hop Musical about?Bethlehem is a reimagining of the classic Nativity story, told through the power of hip-hop music and culture. This unique performance blends timeless themes of hope, unity, and love with a contemporary, energetic soundtrack, bringing the story of Baby Jesus to life in a way you’ve never seen before.
How long is the performance?Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. The performance lasts approximately 2 hours, including a brief intermission.
Is this show suitable for children and families?Yes! Bethlehem is a family-friendly show, and we encourage all ages to experience this dynamic retelling of the Nativity story. The show is particularly engaging for young audiences who are drawn to music and contemporary culture.
Will there be an intermission?Yes, there will be a short intermission midway through the performance, giving you time to stretch and relax. During this time, you can also browse our Harambee merchandise, which supports our arts programs. Please note that there are no refreshments available during intermission.

Where is the performance taking place?The performance will be held at Eliot Arts Magnet located at 2184 Lake Ave, Altadena, CA 91001. When you arrive, please follow signs that will direct you to the school’s auditorium.

Will show-related merchandise be available for purchase?Yes! We will have Harambee Ministries branded merchandise available, including show t-shirts, mugs, bags, and more. Show t-shirts can be pre-ordered or purchased the day of the performance. Merchandise will be sold at the venue before and after the performance.
Can I buy merchandise online if I can’t attend the show?Yes, you can! You can purchase Harambee Ministries merchandise, including show t-shirts, through our pre-order form on the website. Even if you can't attend the performance, you can still order your favorite Harambee swag!
